Sunrise Run

Let’s celebrate the shortest day in a Milers fashion: we will run/walk to the Bepton Hill climb on the South Downs Way to see the sun rise and celebrate the days are finally getting longer again.

We will meet at the Grange and run there to welcome the sun and run back to the Grange, about 16km in total. Aiming for a 6.30am start.

If you don’t fancy the long option, we will also have a group starting from the Cadence Cafe in Cocking with a 7am start, the total distance will be around 10km.

Or if you would rather walk, you can also go from Cocking.

Please note, there are limited parking available, so we would encourage everyone to carshare.

Please feel free to bring food and drink with you, it’s a celebration after all :)

PS. make sure you leave some energy for the treasure hunt on Sunday too ;)

The Christmas Do! will be on Friday 15th December at The Old Library, Midhurst. Live band, delicious food and drinks at off licence prices. What’s not to like?!!! Tickets are £27 per person, excluding drink.
