The Cocking 10k Trail Race is an off-road race organised by Midhurst Milers on the South Downs. The race starts from the Cadence Cycle Club on The South Downs Way near Cocking. There’s a technical hill climb at the start, followed by some stunning views, fast gravel trails and lush woodland sections. Be ready for a quick, fast downhill stretch to the finish! The 2022 Cocking 10k was one of the top-rated trail races, scoring 4.9/5.0 on Let’s Do This! New for 2023 we also have a 3k Junior Trail Race with categories for 6-8, 9-11 and 12-15 year olds.
