Training is for everyone! All of our training sessions are designed to allow members to work to their own pace and ability. The goal is to help everyone improve.

Training sessions include hills, intervals, speedwork and other variations. Ever heard of fartlek, paarlauf or caboose runs? Come along and you’ll find out!
