We’ve selected a seriesof local races for our 2023 Club Championship series.
Points will be awarded on a handicap basis, to give you an age-adjusted, with your best results counting towards your final score!

PART OF THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. Following a circuit of the Park runners enter the grounds of Arundel Castle via the St Mary’s Gate go into the quadrangle and exit over the drawbridge, back into the Park for the finish. The course is a mixture of tarmac Road (40%) and downland grass tracks (60%).
PART OF THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. Join to take on the undulating tracks, trails and roads around the picturesque village of Madehear, in the heart of the South Downs. This scenic route will mostly be on private land, making sure all runners will have the opportunity to stretch out their legs. Come to earn your finishers medal.
PART OF THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES. Midhurst Milers warmly welcome you to the Cocking 10k Trail Race through the picturesque and challenging trails of the South Downs. There'll be plenty of hills to keep your heart rate up, glorious views across Cowdray and West Dean, and a quick and exciting descent to the finish!

A friendly club run event, ideal for first time runners, those marathon tapering or looking for a PB. Medals for all competitors, trophies for U18, 40+, 50+, 60+. 70+ M&F
