Sunday Club Run

 

Meet at The Grange for an 9:00am Sunday morning run.

Where we have enough runners and leaders, we’ll split into three groups.

A slower group (suitable for runners coming back to running or preferring a gentler pace and distance), a middle group for our steady runners and a quicker group for the fast runners.

We aim to run on trails rather than road.
