Meet at The Grange at 6:30pm start. Our awesome training sessions are aimed at ALL speeds and abilities, everyone is welcome. You work as hard as you want to work, and we’ll look at technique and efficiency in order to improve your overall running plus build all over strength, speed and endurance at the same time.
