Our training sessions are suitable for all speeds, just work at your own pace, this is a great session, and we’ll work on some overall strength too 💪🏻
Meet at The Grange for a 6:30pm start. Everyone is welcome. You work as hard as you want to work, and we’ll look at technique and efficiency in order to improve your overall running plus build all over strength, speed and endurance at the same time.
On this session Emily will take us to Carron Lane for a hill session. Please don’t forget to bring a headtorch with you, it is getting dark outside early again.
