Coming back from an injury and wanting to take things steady?
Looking to ease back into club running with a few weeks of gentler runs?
January’s the month for new goals and resolutions, so to make things easier for anyone coming back from injury, or from a pause in running, we’re organising some ‘Back to Running’ sessions starting Tuesday 10 January 2023 at 6:30pm from The Grange.
The sessions will be at a gentle pace and over a shorter distance. The aim is to support our members who want to get back to running. We’ve all been there!
These runs are open to everyone, please just come along on Tuesday evenings. Nick will be leading the runs, and we’re looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
