A small but select group of runners took on the socially-distanced 5k handicap for December.

Welcome to Mike W who ran with us for the first time. I am delighted to say that this month was won by Lucy after many months of trying. Lucy set a new PB, as did Carina and Mark W.

Times as follows:-

Lucy 26.55+ 4.56 h.cap=31.51

Emilia 29.32+2.26=31.58

Carina 25.31+6.30=32.01

Mark W 26.38+5.26=32.04

Steve 25.39+7.12=32.51

Sue 29.57+3.15=32.57

Mike 20.33 first run
