Another small but select group of runners took part in the socially-distanced 5k handicap for January.

Pb’s for Lucy and Emilia with Emilia winning the trophy for this month. It was great to see Tina running again, with a very creditable time. Full results:-

  • Emilia 28.12 + 2.24 h cap = 30.36

  • Nick 29.10+ 1.37 = 30.47

  • Tina 26.41+ 4.58 = 31.39

  • Lucy 26.40+ 5.36 = 32.16

  • Joe 26.57+6.05 = 33.02

  • Jo 39.15 - 6.05= 33.10

  • Sandra 32.26+1.45 = 34.11
