Our strength training sessions are suitable for all abilities, we will work on some running specific exercises to complement your training and reduce the risk of injury 💪🏻

This session is held at The Old Library on Knockhundred Row, starting at 18.30. This session has a £1 fee to cover the rent of the building. Please bring cash.
